Preventive maintenance of air System
We have preventative Maintenance Contract with our customers. These documents would normally cover the regular routine checks and services of equipment as recommended by the manufacturer. The better HVAC system is maintained, the more likely you are going to get the appropriate life-cycle from the equipment.
Any faults/repair work/replacement of parts etc. identified by our serviceman during the carrying out of maintenance checks are recorded and reported to the customer.
Our technicians quickly attend equipment and system breakdowns, repair work and complaints.
Regular inspection of the air system and its record maintenance is the requirement for the building warrant of fitness.
We have registration as an IQP, in Auckland and other regional councils across NZ , for specified System 9-Mechaical ventilation or air conditioning and System 11: fume cupboards
